Russia sees the most significant drone attack on its territory since invading Ukraine. Six Russian regions including Moscow came under attack this early Wednesday. While being attacked, in the city of Pskov ( near the Estonian border), many transport planes were reported damaged because the drones targeted an airport. Russians still haven’t written any casualties and almost claimed to have thwarted most of the strikes. Kyiv officials said” Russia hit the Ukrainian capital with a “massive” bombardment overnight.”
They also mentioned that “ Kyiv has not experienced such a power attack since spring”. That leads up to the head of the city’s military Administration. Also, several more groups of drones were traveling towards Kyiv AGAIN! But this time they’re coming from different directions later, missiles launched going toward the capital. Almost twenty more” enemy targets” were destroyed by air defense forces.
According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, two people were killed. There were the ages of 26 and 36 years old, but only three people had multiple injuries. Across the country, though Ukraine downed” 28 cruise missiles” but only destroyed 15 out of 16 drones launched overnight. The aftermath of all of this is that there were many trees on fire, and flights were shutting down. Also, there was another attack on Russia’s television tower on a Wednesday.
With this much damage, people are starting to die rapidly. Like a grandpa had to watch his grandson die because a part of a building fell on him. Kyiv people say that “ the sirens go off every day and right now they go off two or three times a day.” But it turns out all these drones are coming from Ukraine. Because Russia/Moscow said that” they destroyed three Ukrainian naval drones that targeted the Crimea bridge early Saturday. On Sept 2 at 2:20 (Moscow time), the Ukrainian unmanned boat sent by Kyiv to carry out a terrorist attack on “ the Crimea bridge was destroyed in the Black Sea”.
Kyiv says “ it plans to take Crimea back and has repeated the strategic bridge that connects the peninsula with the Russian mainland”. Last month the Russian air defense forces shot down three Ukrainian missiles over the bridge. Russia and Ukraine are still at war, but right now it looks like they won’t be stopping anytime soon.
